Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order! Please inform us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this time frame, orders are promptly forwarded to our weavers to begin the weaving process. Once the weaving process has begun, we can no longer cancel your order.

Replacements

We offer replacements for incorrect, damaged, or missing items if you notify us of the problem within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that slight variations in colors and dimensions may occur as all our products are handmade. Such variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and are not considered incorrect or damaged.

If your item arrives incorrectly, damaged, or missing and your claims are valid, we will notify you of your replacement status. We will request photo proofs of the incorrect or damaged item to process your request.

Returns & Exchanges

We kindly ask that all purchases be considered final. Because each product is made-to-order based on each customer’s unique selections, this customized approach limits our ability to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you received an incorrect item or if your item arrived damaged, we are here to help. Please see policy below.

Damaged Item

We are here to assist you if you receive a damaged item. Please report this to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your item arrived damaged and your claim is valid, we will inform you about your refund status.

To investigate your damage claim, we will request photos of the damaged item. Each claim will be thoroughly investigated with our shipping partners to determine its validity. We appreciate your patience during this process.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The exact date of the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity.
